Covid-19 – How we are managing!

As of today, we plan to remain open to serve all of our guests needing care unless instructed otherwise. To meet our team and business needs, we are changing our hours to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you have an appointment scheduled outside of those hours, we will contact you to reschedule during our new COVID-19 hours.

As mentioned before, we are taking precautionary measures such as temperature testing our team and guests. Our sanitary procedures have always been held to the highest standards, we have increased the frequency for everyone’s safety. We are refusing appointments if you answer yes to the following questions:

  1. Have you returned within the last 15 days for any foreign country?
  2. Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed in the last 15 days?
  3. Have you experienced cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 15 days (to include fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing)?


Thanks to technological advances we have set up remote workstations for three of our guest relations team members to answer phones. This will ensure they can work and be at home with their kids while school is out. 

If in the event, we need to close the office for a period of time, you will be contacted and rescheduled as soon as we are cleared by outside health officials.  It is our intent to remain open as long as it is safe to treat our guests and if we need to close, we will do so until it is safe to resume operations.

We appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and support during this time. We are going to work our way through this, and we are going to do it together. We will remain open and monitor the situation. We assure you are in good hands, but please wash them.
