The Sunflower Spa reserves the right to refuse anyone service.
During the provisional times, there is nothing more certain than the importance of your self-care routine. The pandemic has impacted our mental health and has triggered an overwhelming amount of stress on everyone. At the Sunflower Spa, we have always served our community with one goal in mind, relaxation, and helping our guests receive optimal health. More than ever our community is in need of a safe place where they can relieve their tension and feel better and look better.
We know that the world will change in many ways soon, but one thing that we are certain of is that we will be there for you with the cleanest and safest environment. Our commitment remains for you to feel better when you leave than when you came in. Thank you for your trust and support; we are ecstatic to be relaxing our community once again.
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance. Guests are encouraged to make future spa appointments at the time of check out to ensure desired service times.
To give you the best, most relaxed treatment possible, Sunflower Spa has dedicated this date and time to you! We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. That way, our attention is focused on you and your experience. If you get caught up in the field and are running late, please call us at 920.739.1235 to notify the Sunflowers
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full-service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled, so the next guest may begin promptly.
Together Treatments, Multiple Appointments, and Spa Parties require a 48-hour in advance of your appointment time. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
We recognize your time is valuable and the Sunflower Therapist's time and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we lose your business and the potential business of other clients who may have enjoyed the missed appointment time. Additionally, the Team will often function in an 'on-call status and have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate the Team for their time.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so, please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Sunflower Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our Spa guests and staff. For this reason, the following actions are prohibited at the Spa:

Please remember that all the Sunflowers are experienced professionals here to provide you with the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.
Failure to act in accordance with Spa Etiquette may lead to not being welcome at Sunflower Spa.
All guests must be at least 16 years of age to receive Sunflower Spa services unless accompanied by an adult.
We welcome groups. For a group of five or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Sunflower Spa Group Coordinator at 920-739-1235. Some date restrictions apply.
For your convenience, a 20% service gratuity will be added automatically to a group larger than three people at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary.
Sunflower Spa has always been committed to providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax. During the COVID-19 crisis, we reinforced those steps and added additional measures. Cleanliness will continue to be a focus moving forward.
The Sunflower Spa wants to ensure your safety, health, comfort, and choice.
Regarding COVID19, we are deciding that MASKING is a conversation and choice between you and the service provider of Sunflower Spa. The Therapist will ask you if you prefer them to wear a mask for the service. We recommend to wear a mask but it is a choice.
Thoroughly wipe down all service rooms and tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants and clean and disinfect bathrooms and common areas at a minimum of once every hour.
All linens have always been single-service use. We change sheets and face covers after each client and wash at high temperatures with a commercial-grade detergent and sanitizer product to minimize the transmission risk, as is recommended by various public health authorities. We will be using a bath sheet for a blanket so that all linens will be changed after each service and washed.
Due to the nature of our business, smoking is prohibited on the entire property.
